The Tri-Valley Theatre Company is bringing a little magic to the stage with Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella—a fresh Broadway adaptation of the timeless tale. This version features all the classic songs you love (“In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible,” and “Ten Minutes Ago”) paired with a witty, romantic, and totally updated script by Tony-nominee Douglas Carter Beane. It’s charming, hilarious, and perfect for all ages—whether you’re reliving your childhood favorites or introducing your kids to the magic for the first time.

💥 Safe & Sane Fireworks | July 4, 10am–10pm
You can light fireworks—but only at these four designated parks: Shannon Park, Dublin Sports Grounds, Alamo Creek Park, and Emerald Glen Park. And these fireworks must be purchased from designated boths in Dublin - click here for the location list.

🎉 Kiwanis 4th of July Parade | July 4th, 9am–12pm
Grab your coffee and claim a spot along Hartz Avenue or San Ramon Valley Blvd for this small-town favorite. The parade starts at San Ramon Valley High School and wraps at Town & Country Drive. Great vibes, classic fun, and room for everyone.

🏃 Independence Day Dash 5K + Kids’ Run | July 4th, 8–10am
Start the day strong at Sycamore Grove Park with a scenic 5K, followed by a 400-meter kids’ dash. Bonus points for patriotic gear!

✈️ 4th of July Celebration at Livermore Municipal Airport | July 4th, 9am–1pm
The 2nd Annual event at the Livermore Municipal Airport features aircraft displays, food trucks, live music, a kids’ zone, STEM fun, a magician, and more. A great option for families!

🎶 Patriotic Sing-Along Concert | July 4th, 12–1:30pm
Join the Pleasanton Community Concert Band for this free performance in celebration of their 50th anniversary—hosted by Make A Difference for Pleasanton.

🎡 Alameda County Fair | July 4, 10am–8pm
No fireworks this year, but plenty of food, rides, and summer fun all day long.

🎶 Summer Concert Series | July 4th, 5pm

👟 Run San Ramon - 5K/10K and Fastest Mile | July 4th, 7:30am
Celebrating it’s 40th year, Run San Ramon kicks off the 4th of July with their Independence Day Classic.

San Francisco
🎇 Waterfront Show – Fireworks launch from two barges near Pier 39 and Aquatic Park. Starts at 9:30pm—get there early for the best views.
