Brisket Mania this Friday at Sidetrack Bar & Grill!

I’ll be the first to admit—it’s tough to stay in shape when my job involves talking about food, checking out new restaurants, and hitting up all the amazing Tri-Valley foodie events. And this weekend? Yeah… we’re keeping the trend going.

Starting this Friday (and every other Friday from here on out), Sidetrack Bar & Grill in downtown Pleasanton is bringing the brisket in a big way—½-pound plates of smoky goodness, loaded sandwiches, tacos, and yes… brisket mac-n-cheese. 🧀🍖 They start serving at 11 a.m. and keep going until they sell out—so don’t roll in fashionably late unless you’re prepared for major food FOMO.
