Gardens That Inspire - The 24th Annual Garden Tour!
If you love Spring, this sounds like such a lovely event to add to your calendar.
The 24th Annual Garden Tour features a self-guided stroll through five private gardens in Alamo and Danville, and it’s always a fun one to do with friends or family. There will also be raffle baskets and a quilt raffle, with proceeds supporting local scholarships and STEM camp programs for girls.
Each ticket is good for one person to attend on either or both days of the event, and a tour guide with the map and garden descriptions will be emailed on May 1.
Tickets are $45 per person through April 23 and $50 starting April 24.
A few things to know before you go: no pets, no children under 12, and uneven garden paths mean strollers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.

Real Estate Market Report

Here’s a quick look at how the real estate market shifted across the Tri-Valley in March 2026.
Pleasanton saw its median list price drop to $1,499,000, down 21.3% from February, while Livermore dipped to $1,200,000, down 7.4%. Meanwhile, San Ramon jumped to $1,684,000, up 16.3%, Danville rose to $2,074,500, up 2.5%, and Alamo climbed to $2,599,000, up 15.5%.
Homes are still moving quickly across the region. Pleasanton and Livermore both averaged just 8 days on market, while San Ramon and Danville held steady at 7 days. Alamo came in at 9 days.
Buyer activity also stayed strong in March. Livermore led the way with 84 homes sold, followed by Danville with 70, San Ramon with 58, and Pleasanton with 29. Alamo recorded 12 sales.
Inventory increased across the board, giving buyers a few more options heading into spring.
Overall, the Tri-Valley market remains active, competitive, and highly city-specific right now.

I’m so excited to share that the next Tri-Valley Explorer Dinner Club is happening in downtown Danville on Thursday, May 14.
So far, more than 100 people have joined us for Dinner Club, and the experience has earned a 4.9 out of 5-star rating.

Here’s how it works:
-Take a quick personality quiz
-Get matched with 5 other locals

-Join the optional after-dinner meet-up for a nightcap
Whether you’re new to the area, hoping to make new connections, or just in the mood for something a little different, Dinner Club is such a fun way to try a great local spot and meet new people.
Here’s what people have said about Tri-Valley Explorer Dinner Club:
"What a wonderful evening! Thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone at dinner and at the after party. Event was so well organized and restaurant pick was spot on. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you Rebecca!"
"The people we met at dinner were so amazing and we had so much in common! The very best first experience, can’t wait to do another dinner with Tri-Valley Explorer."
"Another wonderful evening. This was my 2nd Dinner Club adventure and it was even better than the first. I re-connected with people I had met the first time and met even more people this time around. Comedy Fun at The Bankhead!
I must confess, I have not seen the original show, but this looks to be clever, unexpected and totally fun!
Comedian Mike Delamont brings his hit one-man show God Is a Scottish Drag Queen 2 to the stage on May 8, 2026 at 8pm. In this standalone sequel, he plays a bold Scottish deity in a floral power suit, tackling everything from Pocahontas to the platypus while answering some of humanity’s biggest questions along the way.
You do not need to see the original show to enjoy this one, and it looks like the kind of performance that keeps the laughs going all night. Click here for tickets!

Outdoor Wine Bar This Weekend at Steven Kent on 2nd in Downtown Livermore!
