Father’s Day Beer & Cheese Experience!
Father’s Day plans, but make them cheese and beer.
The Cheese Parlor and Buzzin’ On Hops are teaming up for an afternoon of beer, cheese, and good conversation on Father’s Day, June 21.
Local cheesemonger Brandon Wood will walk guests through a lineup of specialty cheeses, pairing tips, and all the little details that make beer and cheese such a fun match.
The pairings will feature beers from Ghost Town Brewing, with combinations ranging from rich and creamy to bold and funky.
A fun one for Dad, or really anyone who appreciates a good cheese board and a cold beer.
New Pump Track Coming to Livermore
Livermore’s Sunken Gardens Skatepark is getting a pretty exciting new addition.
The new Sunken Gardens Pump Track opens with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, June 17 at 5:30pm at 3800 Pacific Avenue.
The all-wheels track is designed for bikes, skateboards, scooters, and roller skates, with options for all ages and skill levels.
The project also includes improved accessibility, shaded seating, gathering areas, synthetic turf, and park upgrades.

Is Dublin Getting a Cost Plus World Market?
Cost Plus World Market may be coming to Dublin.
The Alameda-based retailer has filed for a state alcohol license at 4906 Dublin Boulevard, the former Any Mountainspace.
If approved, Dublin could soon have a new spot for home goods, gifts, and World Market’s popular selection of imported food and drinks.
Back Stage Replacing R Place in Downtown Livermore
Back Stage Livermore Opening Soon. Downtown Livermore is getting a new spot for live music, comedy, karaoke, and late-night bites.
The former R-Place is being transformed into Back Stage Livermore, with a refreshed interior, upgraded drinks, entertainment, and late-night food from the Sultan’s Kebab truck.
