Did you know Pasta’s Trattoria in downtown Pleasanton has hosted more than 100 wine dinners? In other words — they really know what they’re doing.

Chef Jose creates a custom, one-night-only menu for each dinner, thoughtfully pairing every course with the featured winery. This time, they’re welcoming Bernardus Winery from Monterey County, known for their beautiful Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Expect a five-course feast paired with world-class wines for $140 per person. These dinners tend to sell out quickly, and reservations are already filling fast.

They’re creepy, they’re kooky — and they’re coming to downtown Livermore. Tri-Valley Theatre Company is bringing The Addams Family to the stage at the beautiful Bankhead Theater from January 17 through February 1, and it’s shaping up to be a spooktacular treat for the whole family.

This laugh-out-loud musical comedy puts a hilarious twist on the beloved Addams clan when Wednesday Addams falls for a very “normal” boy — and her parents are forced to navigate secrets, surprises, and one unforgettable dinner party. With quirky characters, catchy songs, and plenty of heart, it’s equal parts spooky and sweet.

Performances run Saturdays at 7 pm and Sundays at 1 pm, with an additional matinee on January 31. Tickets are on sale now at LivermoreArts.org.
