If you love Cab Franc even a little, get ready—because December 4th is Cab Franc Day, and this is such a fun event in the heart of Downtown Livermore! 🍷 I went last year and had such a good time, and I’m so excited it’s back and even bigger.
Thirteen Livermore Valley wineries will be pouring 20+ Cabernet Francs, and the best part? You get to taste them with the winemakers and owners themselves. It’s such a special, only-in-Livermore experience.
Last year SOLD OUT quickly, so this time there are two sessions to choose from:
✨ 2–4pm – a quieter, more intimate tasting (great for media, trade, and deep-dive wine conversations!)
✨ 6–8pm – a fun, lively evening celebration perfect for Cab Franc lovers

Join the fun in the heart of historic downtown Pleasanton for one of the sweetest traditions of the season!
5:00pm – Hometown Holiday Parade
Floats, marching bands, community groups & so much festive cheer.
6:45pm – Tree Lighting Ceremony
Music, the Mayor & City Council, and of course… a special visit from Santa!

Thursday, December 4 • 6–8pm
📍 Dublin Civic Center (100 Civic Plaza)
Kick off the season with one of Dublin’s most heartwarming traditions — the annual Holiday Tree Lighting! Local school choirs and bands fill the Civic Center plaza with festive music leading up to the illumination of Dublin’s beautiful 30-foot tree. Kids can enjoy arts & crafts, Letters to Santa, the Clover Express, and of course… hot chocolate and cookies!
🎅 Breakfast with Santa
Saturday, December 6 • 8:30am–12pm
📍 Shannon Community Center (11600 Shannon Ave.)
Bring the whole family for a cozy hot pancake breakfast (sausage, fruit, coffee & juice included!) with live music from the Dublin High Music program. After breakfast, Santa will be available for holiday photos — perfect for capturing those magical moments.
