JOANN Fabrics Location to Become Pickleball Kingdom!
As someone who is new to pickleball (but I love it!), I am very excited about this news.
Pickleball Kingdom is coming to Livermore, marking the franchise’s first Tri-Valley location.
The indoor facility is planned for the former JOANN Fabrics space at 4650 Arroyo Vista, with eight courts, lessons, clinics, tournaments, private events, seating areas, lockers, retail space, and more. Opening date TBD!
200+ New Homes Coming to East Pleasanton?
A proposed East Pleasanton housing project is one step closer to moving forward.
The Pleasanton Planning Commission voted last week to recommend City Council approval of documents tied to the Arroyo Lago development, which would bring 189 single-family homes and 48 junior accessory dwelling units to the area near Valley Avenue, Busch Road, Stanley Boulevard, and Arroyo Mocho.
The project could also move the site closer to being annexed into Pleasanton.
A New Mexican Restaurant Takes Over Black Angus Spot in Dublin

Dublin has a new spot for Mexican food.
El Dorado Modern Mexican & Cantina is now open at Hacienda Crossings, in the former Black Angus space on Dublin Boulevard.
The menu includes nachos, queso fundido, tacos, enchiladas, bowls, birria, seafood, brunch, drinks, desserts, and a kids menu.
Early Yelp reviews are excellent with a 4.9 star rating!
