I love both of these wineries, so this one immediately caught my eye.
Cellar 13 Winery and Las Positas Vineyards are teaming up for an intimate tasting focused on aromatic white wines, including Albariño, one of Livermore Valley’s standout Iberian varietals.
Guests will taste side-by-side wines made from the same vineyard by two different wineries, which is such a fun way to see how winemaking choices can completely shape the final wine.
The afternoon also includes additional aromatic white wines from both wineries, plus curated small bites.

Family Friendly - Pumpkins After Dark!
Pumpkins After Dark is bringing a full Halloween glow-up to the Alameda County Fairgrounds starting Friday, October 2.
Expect thousands of hand-carved pumpkins, illuminated displays, live entertainment, pumpkin carving demonstrations, fall treats, and photo spots around every corner.
It’s family-friendly with no jump scares, making it a fun night out for kids, friends, and Halloween lovers. If you are looking for something edgier with jump scares, check out Pirates of Emerson, also at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.

Laughs in a Glass is BACK at 3 Steves This Friday!
First Friday of the month means Laughs in a Glass at 3 Steves Winery! Headliner, Paul Conyers, is one of the fastest rising comedians in the country and he just released a new special on Amazon Prime. Jason Cole will open the show and your host is the very funny Brian Maggi! Doors open at 6pm so you can enjoy wine and a bite to eat from a local food truck, followed by comedy starting at 7:30pm. It wouldn’t be October without the annual G&M Farms Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch! The corn maze is an annual family tradition for us and you can also get some extra scares on 10/17 and 10/24 during their Haunted Corn Maze! Check out their website for more details.
