Stomp, Pour & Pair at Shanti Winery

Harvest season in Livermore Valley is always special, and Shanti Winery is giving guests a very hands-on way to experience it.

Stomp, Pour & Pair invites you to literally step into the harvest by stomping grapes sourced from the vineyards around you.

Guests will enjoy three estate-grown red wines, including Shanti’s recently released Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, and Sangiovese, paired with artisan charcuterie and handcrafted chocolate bars from local vendors.

It’s more than a tasting event. It’s a celebration of harvest, community, and the simple pleasure of sharing great wine and food in Livermore wine country.

Amazing Deals for Estate Services at UNCLE Credit Union!

I attended UNCLE Credit Union’s Caring for Aging Parents event last week, and honestly, this is the kind of information every family should be talking about.

There were some really helpful speakers covering financial planning, housing, healthcare, and the decisions that can feel overwhelming when you’re caring for aging parents.

But one thing that really stood out to me was how important it is to have the right legal documents in place, not just for your parents, but for yourself too. We’re talking family wills, trusts, and power of attorney packages. And the pricing was incredible.

Trust packages with UNCLE Credit Union start at $799, which is truly one of the best deals I’ve seen, especially for something this important. My husband and I did a family trust for his parents many years ago and it was more than 4x the cost - I wish I knew about UNCLE’s Trust options then!

These are the things no one wants to think about until they need them, but planning ahead can make everything so much easier for your family.

Huge thank you to UNCLE Credit Union for bringing these resources together for the community.

Coming Soon in Pleasanton!

This is a home in the kind of neighborhood people wait years for!

It sits on a quiet, established tree-lined street close to downtown, yet just far enough from it.

Here’s what makes the timing especially good: the luxury market in Pleasanton has quietly shifted in buyers’ favor.

There are fewer new luxury listings coming to market and less competition at the top end than we’ve seen in months.

If you’ve been waiting for your dream home without the usual bidding-war pressure, this could be your moment.

Sabio on Main Celebrates 11 Years!

Sabio on Main is celebrating 11 years in downtown Pleasanton with a special anniversary happy hour on Wednesday, September 3 from 3–6pm.

Stop by for complimentary welcome drinks and bites, live music, and a sneak peek at their upcoming fall cocktails.

No reservations required, just swing by and help celebrate this downtown Pleasanton favorite
