Boutique Napa Winery Comes to Pleasanton!

Pasta's 116th Wine Dinner Featuring Barnett Vineyards!

If amazing wine, charcuterie, lobster risotto, and braised short rib are your thing, then this is a wine dinner you don't want to miss!

Pasta's Trattoria is at it again with their 116th Wine Dinner, and I'm telling you, nobody in the region does wine dinners quite like Pasta's!

I've been to at least 20 of these dinners over the years, and they never disappoint. The food, the wines, the pairings, and the overall experience are always fantastic.

This time, they're featuring Barnett Vineyards, a boutique Napa Valley winery producing around 5,000 cases annually. Their wines are exceptional, and if there's one thing Pasta's knows how to do, it's pair great food with great wine.

You'll enjoy a five-course dinner featuring Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and two high-end Cabernet Sauvignons, paired with some seriously delicious dishes.

Thursday, November 19 | 6pm
$150 per person

Reservations are available by calling Pasta's at 925-417-2222 or booking the 6pm time slot on OpenTable.

If you've never been to one of Pasta's wine dinners, this would be a great one to start with!

News Around the Valley!

99 Ranch Closing in Pleasanton

I shared the news about 99 Ranch Market closing on Instagram and Facebook over the weekend, and wow, did it get attention! More than 500,000 people saw the post in just two days!

It's sad to see 99 Ranch closing after more than 15 years at Rosewood Shopping Center. It's been part of our community for so long and employs dozens of local residents.

I really hope another business moves into this space soon. I'd hate to see such a prominent location sit empty.

New Park in Livermore!

Livermore residents, the wait is almost over!

The brand-new Springtown Community Park and Disc Golf Course officially opens Saturday, November 7, and you're invited to celebrate!

This 6.8-acre park has a little something for everyone, including a playground, fitness area, community garden, shaded picnic areas, walking and biking paths, and an 18-hole disc golf course!

Join LARPD for the ribbon cutting and get your first look at this long-awaited addition to Livermore.

Girls Night Out in San Ramon!

Grab your girlfriends! THE LOT is hosting Girl Dinner & a Movie on Thursday, November 12, featuring Twilight! Start with themed cocktails at ZENTRL Bar at 6pm, then head into the theater for a special dinner served right to your seat while you enjoy the movie. Showtime is 7pm!

Killer Dueling Pianos are BACK in Livermore Tomorrow Night!

I've seen Killer Dueling Pianos many times, and they always put on a fantastic show! They're performing Wednesday, November 4, in the historic Barrel Room for two hours of song requests, sing-alongs, and plenty of laughs.

Doors open at 6pm with a welcome sparkling wine pour, food available for purchase, and music starting at 7pm.

Piff the Magic Dragon Coming to Livermore

I know March is still a few months away, but this is one worth marking your calendars for!

Piff the Magic Dragon is coming to The Bankhead on March 21, and I can't recommend him enough. I saw him perform in Vegas, and he was absolutely hilarious!

If you've seen him on America's Got Talent, you know his unique mix of comedy and magic. Plus, Mr Piffles 2.0 will be joining him on stage!
